I'm not sure where this image originated in my mind. I suppose it is my own version of Peter Pan...with children emerging from chimneys and floating fish whisking them off on some dream journey.
For some reason flying fish are starting to pop up everywhere in my work - I wonder what that could mean?

I agree with smoen. Wow!
Beautiful and magical!! We have very similar interpretation of the theme!!
Lovely work! Looks like a magical kind of rescue operation going on there with people on flying fishes picking up stray kids off rooftops! :D
I love this image, especially the way you have put the Earth in the sky. Beautifully done.
beautiful dreamy artwork!
So magical and lovely.
OH MY GOD !!!! I'm speachless...wow, just gorgeous.
Absolutely stunning illo. Your handling of the medium is flawless...I love your style and the color choice here. Really beautiful. =)
This is beautiful, any pictures with fishes is definitely my cup of tea :)
This is so magical and lovely! Just exactly what I love so much!
just giving my nod of approval since everyone eles has just about covered it already
The blue colors make a special atmosphere, the flying fish too - maybee you think at the ocean? It'a like a fairytale - with a morale?
I really REALLY like this image! So whimsical - I wish I was there. The colors are perfect - warm and rich. Very cozy!
Has a little Harry Potter flavor too. I like it.
What kind of fish would it be if it were big enough to hoist pesky kids onto its back? More like a whale probably...some phyceter or grand venture. I think the kid sitting on the chimney, leaning back on his wobbly arms, looks like Ken.
That is something !!!!! wow piece of portfolio and I would put it into a frame and hang on it on the wall if I were you .
:-)
Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone! It is truly encouraging. Once again, I'm so thankful we have this community to share our art :)
wonderful; it melts into the night
Ah, such a nice way of using the colors and the water. I love the atmosphere, I wanna be there. Peaking out of a roof window and watching the fishes swim by. :D The sky and the moon looks so great. Nice work.
love the colors and the watercolor gives it such a magical feel!
This has a lovely magicla quality :)
